Pricing

Prices on this website are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) excluding GST.
Arlo Kelly is not GST registered. 

Delivery

Books:

Postal freight will be charged according to the number of books ordered.

• For Standard New Zealand Urban Delivery orders, shipping costs:

  • $4 for 1 book.

  • $6 for 2 books.

  • FREE for 3 or more books.

Cards and prints: 

Postal freight for all cards and prints will be: 

• For Standard New Zealand Urban Delivery orders, shipping costs: 

  • $3 flat fee

Please note that we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes.

Cancellation

An order may be cancelled at any time prior to its shipment. Please note that we aim to have your order processed and shipped within one working day of receiving it.

Delay in supply

We will advise you if your order is delayed for any reason.

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our site, you may return it up to 30 days after receipt. Please send your return to:

Before making a return, please email office@geckopress.com with the following information:

• Your name

• Email address

• Description (title or ISBN) of the product being returned

• Reason for returning the product

Please include the original order number. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return is received, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for payment of the original order. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds typically take two weeks to process. Make sure you keep your return tracking number so you can confirm your order has made it back to the warehouse.

If the reason for returning the product is because of manufacturing faults, we will either replace the product or fully refund the purchase price.
